We’re here because we’re good at this.

GGA India Private Limited (GGA) is a focused “Business to Business” Account Receivables Management (“ARM”) Service Provider. GGA concentrates exclusively on designing, developing and implementing customised B2B debtor collections solutions for its clients.

Founded in 2002, GGA works with B2B organizations to collect from both concurrent and legacy debtors.

Most companies offer credit when selling to other businesses because it helps them sell more, their customers expect it, and their competitors do it. However, offering credit can create problems for the management and business owner.

The biggest problem is late payments. Research shows that:
  • 65 per cent of their customers don’t pay on time
  • 40% pay later than the due date by at least 30 days.
  • Nearly two-thirds of the companies surveyed said that late payments negatively affect their cash flow.
  • Besides the cash flow problem, there are additional costs associated with late payments. These include time, administration, opportunity, predictability, financing and bad debt.

Collections of debtors or reversals of provisions require considerable time and effort. Therefore, it is not feasible to combine these with the daily core activities of the company. If the process was easy – the desired results could be achieved already.

The best way to reduce debtors is to let an experienced and professional B2B services company like ours focus on these two tasks. We can bring the processes on track and then manage the assignment if necessary.

GGA, with its team size, management depth, experience, processes, and national reach provides a complete and seamless experience to organisations.

The GGA team excels at:
  • Taking complete ownership of the assignment
  • Conducting root-cause analysis to diagnose underlying inefficiencies
  • Designing, developing and implementing interventions at specific points
  • Conceiving and developing new debtors’ reduction strategies and programmes
