GGA works on a success based variable professional fees. We invoice post collections.
We are not a cost to a company as our professional fees are set off against higher collections in a shorter time frame that impacts interest outflow as well as the increased time available to the sales team to focus on increasing sales and distribution reach.
By working on a success fee, we carry the risk of the assignment and work smartly and efficiently to ensure success in debtors reductions.
A fully variable fee – based on collections per month + out of pocket expense on actuals for travelling and lodging.
A fixed fee for the first 3 months of the assignment – depending on the nature and ageing of customers that GGA will be handling.
The fee package is customized for every assignment and is dependent on the following factors:
