Overdue debtors are a drain on the resources of an organization. Overdue debtors affect liquidity, profitability and take up considerable time of the sales team to collect the overdue amounts.

The time the sales team could spend generating new business is spent on following up with difficult customers with “no intention to pay” OR “no ability to pay.”

GGA assists organization to conduct a onetime assignment to collect “overdue debtors” – thereby increasing liquidity and saving valuable sales time. We conduct services for various MNC companies and large Indian companies.

The assignment will identify the reason why the customer has not released the invoice payments as per contracted terms and solve the customer specific problem in case the customer is raising any disputes. In case the customer is not raising any dispute, GGA will request the customer for a promise to pay or commitment as to when the due invoices would be paid and then follow up for the payments.

The assignment will be conducted on a success fee basis, if we don’t collect – we don’t get paid. We ensure that high standards of care, diligence and prudence is exercised during the assignment.

A. End result of the assignment

The assignment will be conducted over a 9 month period, at the end of the assignment; the following objectives would be met:

• Maximum amount of money from the overdues bucket
• In case of money not collected from the overdues bucket – the exact reasons identified and next steps to be decided for dealing with these customers
• Process risks identified, that lead to the customers defaulting and not paying
• Identification of delinquent / customers with no intention to pay / bad debts
